Name of the Suggestion: Usergroups for all factions.

How will this help our server: This is will help the forum actually, i'd say that please add usergroups for all, not for LSPD and FBI.

Is it exploitable: Not at all.

Added, i've added leaders of the group as moderator for Taxi company, SANG, LSFMD.
